Highlights from the 1997 “Celtic Capers” Tour

For sixteen days, 73 ITHFers and their partners explored England, Wales, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland - from seas to mountains, from humble abodes to historic castles, from lonely canal walks to glorious gardens. For sixteen days, 73 ITHFers and their partners explored England, Wales, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland - from seas to mountains, from humble abodes to historic castles, from lonely canal walks to glorious gardens.

Tour members from Australia, New Zealand, the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Chile and others provided as much diversity and cultural sharing on the coaches as we encountered with the people there.

Not only was it introduction to an extraordinary land, it was excellent fun and fellowship - searching for the Leprechauns, hanging out in the pubs, snooping through the castles, balancing on the edge of the cliffs, etc.
